How we work

Small teams, senior work, real users. Every engineer we hire owns a product surface end-to-end — from architecture through store review. We pay market rates for senior specialists and we do not lowball.

Persian and English, technical writing in both.
Hybrid by default — remote-first for engineering roles.
Async-friendly. Two core overlap hours in Tehran time.
One review round per PR. Ownership over process.
