Full Jalali/Shamsi + Hijri support with accurate leap-year cycles (33-year and 30-year), bidirectional conversion between Persian ↔ Gregorian ↔ Hijri, Persian number formatting (digits + words + ordinal), Iranian solar & lunar holidays, Asia/Tehran timezone with DST handling, and a Stream API for date ranges.
